Returns Policy

 

Change of Mind

Exclusive Caravan Bedding wants you to shop with confidence, aware that you may return a purchase should you change your mind.

However, PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT VERY CAREFULLY as Exclusive Caravan Bedding for hygienic reasons cannot exchange or refund Sheet Sets, Mattress Protectors or Comforters that have been opened unless you have a valid claim at law (see below).  Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase.

We will provide you with an exchange or refund via post if you have:

·         Proof of purchase (the Tax Invoice attached with your order confirmation or the Packing Slip sent                 with your parcel)

·         Purchased the product in the previous 14 days; and

·         Our product is in its original condition with all packaging and label attached and is unopened, unwashed, unworn or unused.

Your Returns will be credited in the manner in which they were originally paid. Postage charges on returns are not refundable unless the product being returned is under a Warranty Claim.

The benefits given to you under Exclusive Caravan Beddings `change of mind` returns policy are in addition to all other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Warranty Claims

Exclusive Caravan Bedding will honour our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and gladly provide you with an exchange, refund or compensation if an item has a major problem or fault.  This is when the item:

    a. has a defect that would have stopped you buying the product had you been aware of this issue;
    b. is unsafe;
    c. is significantly different from the description or sample viewed or shown; or
    d. does not comply with what was stipulated the item would, and is not what you asked for and cannot be easily corrected.

If the problem is not of a major issue Exclusive Caravan Bedding may choose to repair your product within a reasonable timeframe.

For Warranty Claims, proof of purchase is required and Exclusive Caravan Bedding reserves the right to assess the condition and age of any returned goods prior to offering an exchange, refund, compensation or repair.
